What is the warranty/replacement policy for Touch of ECO products?


We offer a 30-day warranty from the day of delivery on all our products. If your order is damaged or not working correctly and is under warranty, you are eligible for a replacement. Please contact us at info@touchofeco.com or 1-800-914-3467.




Where do I send returns?


New Product Solutions, Inc. 4401 Diplomacy Road Fort Worth, TX 76155 Please make sure to include the online retailer's name, order number and the reason for return when sending back your order.




Where can I find product information or instructions?


If you need any specific product information, additional help or product instructions, please contact us directly.




Can I get a replacement?

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?


Your order is typically delivered with in 7 – 10 business from the day that the order was placed. In some cases however it can take up to 14 days depending on where you live.




How do we ship?


Your shipment will arrive via FedEx or USPS. We do not require a signature for delivery.




Do we ship internationally?


We now ship within the Continental US, at this time we do not ship to Canada or overseas.




What happens after I place an order?


After you complete the checkout process, we will send a copy of your online order confirmation via email within one hour.




What if I need to make a change to my order or change my delivery address?


We can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. To request a change, please contact us at info@touchofeco.com.

Touch of ECO accepts most major credit cards including Discover Card, MasterCard, and VISA.




How do I go about getting the multi-tool gift?


Please use our contact page and complete the form. Your review should be posted to the site where you originally purchased the item. Take a screenshot or save the link to the review. Once a member of our customer service team gets in contact with you, please send them the screenshot or link to the review. Once everything has been confirmed we will process your gift.
