Delivery Information

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. In some cases however it can take up to 14 days depending on where you live. Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent containing a USPS tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package. If your order does not arrive within 14 days of voucher redemption, please email us at info@touchofeco.com

Return Policy

Refunds requests are granted within 30 days from which a customer's shipment is received, and are for defective goods only. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip. All refunds will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. touchofeco.com reserves the right to deny any refund request after 30 days from which a customer's shipment is received.
